Pleasantly fruity, gently touched with a bit of sweetness. In the nose it reveals the notes of fresh, white peach while its finish stands out for its mineral accents with hints of citrus and grapefruit. A perfectly balanced wine to make an excellent aperitif or to pair a variety of light recipes, for example grilled seafood, poultry-based foods and mild cheese. Serve chilled.
