This is an excellent Riesling of perfectly balanced acidity from the grapes grown within the sun-blessed and the Rhine basin-based wine region of Pfalz, one of the major winemaking areas of Germany. Delightfully intense, fruity bouquet that reveals generous flavours of lemon and apple obtained through slow and low temperature fermentation. At its best when paired with a variety of white meat-based foods, fish and poultry. Serve chilled at 8-10°C.
