This full-bodied and well-structured wine of tannic finish was made from the Tannat (60%) and Merlot (40%) grapes. It shines with its ruby colouring with purple highlights and boasts a fruit-driven bouquet with black pepper notes. At its best when paired with all sorts of red meat-based recipes, mature cheese, pasta dishes and one-pot foods.
